Dianceht was founded in the year 2005 for creating superior quality, individually sculpted, custom prostheses for amputated parts of the body such as fingers, hands, arms, external ears, feet, legs, and nose. The main aim of the company is to provide amputees with a chance to live their life as normally as possible by making up for the loss of body parts with almost identical substitutes.
<style> </style> These prostheses are made of elastomers which are a form of silicone based material and unlike plastic don’t dissolve in conventional organic solvents, such as acetones, alcohol, gasoline, grease, etc. The material is extremely resistant to high temperatures, has exceptional elastic properties and is almost unbreakable.
The prostheses can be attached to the body in various ways, the most frequent being the suction method. Once the prosthesis is placed over the base, a light vacuum is formed between the material and the skin, keeping the prosthesis in place while performing daily activities. The prosthesis restores balance to amputated body parts and restores aesthetics. But by inserting mechanisms that articulate phalange in a hand or finger the functionality of body parts can also be restored. That way a person can perform simple tasks even with amputated body parts.

These mechanisms are custom designed according to the requirements and size of each person using materials like Titanium, Nitinol, Carbon fiber, and Acetal, which are very strong but extremely light at the same time.<o:p></o:p>
Dianceht’s aesthetic prostheses are custom designed to maintain a high level of similarity in regards to skin tone, texture, freckles, spots, and nails. Therefore when the prosthesis is attached to the body it is not at all noticeable. It takes time to manufacture an aesthetic prosthesis. Each piece is constructed by hand and takes several hours. Due to the unique requirement of each person it is difficult to predict or standardize delivery times beforehand. For example, a finger thimble for a distal phalange requires approximately 3 months and 4 months for an arm.

Prostheses are very resistant, but in
order to increase their lives, after prolonged usage certain suggestions must
be followed. It would be better to keep the prostheses away from sharp cutting
tools, or materials such as knives or paper sheets. Siloxane is very similar to
skin; whatever can cut skin, undoubtedly can cut the prosthesis. Exposure to
temperatures higher than 400 degree Fahrenheit should be avoided. If you take
proper care of your prostheses it will last you for a lifetime. <o:p></o:p>
