Frankfurter Brett may sound like a
guy’s name, but don’t get it wrong, it is a chopping board with an extensible
bracket system. The Twin brother Johannes and Joseph
Schreiter came up with this idea, trying to bring order to your kitchen.

This must be good news for
cooking fanatics. No need to bother about all kinds of containers, you can only
focus on cooking as the Frankfurter Brett puts containers you need in place due
to its separable containers. The bracket allows containers to slot in, so
ingredients, chopped food, utensils and leftover containers are neatly
organized, easing you from hassle. Of course, you can also add containers for
other purposes. Condiments, juices, and others, you name it.

Besides the three-side
brackets, it also allows for a slanted display that provides quick access for
your favorite ingredients. Slot the containers in, and get the ingredients at
hand without scratching for ingredients on the other side of your kitchen workstation
and cluttering the worktop. For multitaskers, an iPad can even be placed for reading recipes, though it is not recommended for safety reason.

Frankfurter Brett redefines the way of cooking as the system integrates essential elements you need
for cooking, restructures the workflow, ideally restoring order of your kitchen while halving cooking efforts. For space-challenged kitchen workbench, the mini
version will do. It measures at 360 x 200 x 40 mm (14.2 x
7.9 x 1.6 in) and weighs 3 kg (6.6 lb), catering to the group that has small
kitchen workbenches, and throwing the cooking nightmare far away. It also
provides Mono and the Phoenix versions for those seeking to bring their kitchen
to the next level. Both excel in its size and allow the cook to bring
more courses for three to five friends. Even when you are going outdoors, don’t
forget to bring it with you.

Unlike the Mini and Mono that are made of bamboo, the
Phoenix sports a sturdy black concrete base that seamlessly slots into the
board. It also comes with anti-slip silicon rings, which keeps the chopping
board in place.

It is a big step in making cooking easier. For borderline
fanatics especially, the Phoenix is just your cup of tea. For those cook novice,
you will get to like the hassle-free experience.
