CES 2018: New Version Laptops Unveiled By Big Brands

This year at Consumer Electronics Show (CES) companies launched refreshed versions of laptops. The annual trade show is the world’s gathering place for all those who look forward to witnessing enormous technology products that are going to be launched in the market. Today we have decided to unveil the laptops from some big brands.

1. HP Spectre x360 15

The laptop is introduced for all those people who are looking forward to buy high ended features like upgraded graphics and touchscreen with Gorilla glass 4. It comes with quad-core eighth-gen Intel Core i7 processor, 13.5 hours of battery life and Olufsen speakers. The product will be available in the market by March 2018 with a starting price of $1,369.99.

2. Acer Nitro 5

Acer launched its world's thinnest laptop Acer Swift 7 at CES 2018. At 8.98-mm thickness, Acer Swift 7 is powered by Intel Core i7 processor and runs on Windows 10. It features an all-day battery life and 4G LTE connection and will be available in North America in March with prices starting at $1,699.

The company also announced "Spin 3" (SP314-51) laptop, Acer 'Nitro 5' (gaming laptop) and Acer ‘Chromebook 11’. Spin 3 works as a laptop as well as the tablet because it features a 360-degree dual-torque hinge that makes it easy to convert.

Nitro 5 is targeted towards mainstream users which features the latest-generation "AMD Radeon RX560" graphics. The Acer Nitro 5 will be available in United States in April at a starting price of $799.


3. Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon (6Th gen)

Lenovo is back in the market with a bang as they made a debut in CES 2018 with Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Carbon and X1 Yoga. It comes with a 14-inch display and also supports for vision HDR for greater brightness. It has features like Intel UHD graphics 620 and global LTE wireless. The date of release end of January and the price for Thinkpad X1 Carbon would be $1,700 and $1,889 for X1 Yoga.


4. Dell XPS 13

Dell has been promising when it's about delivering high-end quality laptops. Dell has unveiled Dell XPS 13 which is a refreshed version of its prior laptops. The laptop is available in Rose Gold which looks stunning. It boasts features like Intel’s eighth gen core I series chip, good battery life, full HD display the Dell laptop can be a good deal. Dell's XPS 13 gets smaller and thinner with a starting price of $999.99.

5. HP Envy x2

The new HP Envy x2 new version was launched in December 2017. Now in connection with CES 2018, the company is debuting an upgraded version Envy X 2 featuring seventh-Gen Intel core Y-series processors. The laptop is also compatible with a digital pen and comes up with a 12.3-inch screen which includes Gorilla Glass 4 for durability. The product will be available in the offspring and the price hasn’t been disclosed.


6. Asus ZenBook Flip 14

ASUS announced three laptops (The ZenBook Flip 14, ZenBook 13 and The ASUS X507) at CES 2018.

The ZenBook Flip 14 is good for those in creative fields. The laptop has a 14-inch touchscreen and at 13.9 millimeters thin with its 13-hour battery life, the Flip 14 may also be a good business travel companion. The Flip 14 will launch in March 2018 starting at $899.

The ZenBook 13 that runs on Windows 10 system has an 8th Generation Intel Core i7 processor, with 16GB of RAM, and 1TB PCle SSd. It weighs even less—2.17 pounds—and has up to 15 hours of battery life. It will all be available in the first half of 2018 and the prices have not been revealed yet.

The ASUS X507 dubbed as the "ideal laptop for daily computing," the X507 has a 7th Generation Intel Core i7 processor and NVIDIIA GeForce MX110 graphics.
